NXN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,543 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL5A1, COL6A1, and COL6A2. Each is linked with NXN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXN-to-partner and partner-to-NXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXN versus COL5A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
