Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,613 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to starvation, Establishment of RNA localization, and Cytosolic ciliogenesis. Each is linked with NXN in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXN-to-partner and partner-to-NXN results are reported.
