NXF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR6, RHBDD3, and MIR6806. Each is linked with NXF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXF1-to-partner and partner-to-NXF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXCR6 grouped by NXF1-low versus NXF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
