Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and PDK1. Each is linked with NXF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXF1-to-partner and partner-to-NXF1 results are reported.
