NWD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NWD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,258 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NWD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIPE_S855, GPD1, and RANBP2. Each is linked with NWD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NWD2-to-partner and partner-to-NWD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NWD2 versus LIPE_S855 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NWD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NWD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
