NWD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NWD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,773 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NWD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR1B, USP30-AS1, and JAKMIP1. Each is linked with NWD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NWD2-to-partner and partner-to-NWD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCGR1B grouped by NWD2-low versus NWD2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NWD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NWD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
