NUTM2G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUTM2G RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,594 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTM2G-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM52, MFSD14C, and KMT2D. Each is linked with NUTM2G in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTM2G-to-partner and partner-to-NUTM2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTM2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTM2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
