Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUTM2G RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NUTM2G data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NUTM2G RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUTM2G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and HNSC show a favorable association.
ACC, THYM, and COAD are the cancer types where NUTM2G RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
