NUTM2G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUTM2G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,181 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTM2G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Negative regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with NUTM2G in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTM2G-to-partner and partner-to-NUTM2G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTM2G→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTM2G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
