Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTM2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,186 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUTM2D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HB, NHLRC2, and RPL5. Each is linked with NUTM2D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTM2D-to-partner and partner-to-NUTM2D results are reported.
