Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTM2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUTM2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-624P, MIR595, and HNRNPMP2. Each is linked with NUTM2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTM2D-to-partner and partner-to-NUTM2D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTM2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTM2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
