NUTM2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUTM2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,164 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTM2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTM2A, NUTM2B, and PIP4K2B. Each is linked with NUTM2D in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTM2D-to-partner and partner-to-NUTM2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTM2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTM2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
