Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUTM2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,310 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTM2D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hippocampus development, Viral translational termination-reinitiation, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with NUTM2D in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTM2D-to-partner and partner-to-NUTM2D results are reported.
