NUTF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUTF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,245 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUTF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIAPIN1, EDC4, and DYNC1LI2_S194. Each is linked with NUTF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUTF2-to-partner and partner-to-NUTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUTF2 versus CIAPIN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
