NUPR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELL2P2, LINC02517, and CLDN25. Each is linked with NUPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUPR1-to-partner and partner-to-NUPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELL2P2 grouped by NUPR1-low versus NUPR1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
