NUP98

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP98 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,911 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP98-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3A1, SF3B1, and SFPQ. Each is linked with NUP98 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP98-to-partner and partner-to-NUP98 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP98 versus SF3A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP98→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP98) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
