Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP98 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,355 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP98-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere localization, Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, and Post-transcriptional tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with NUP98 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP98-to-partner and partner-to-NUP98 results are reported.
