NUP85

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP85 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,773 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP85-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TK1, MCM3, and MCM4. Each is linked with NUP85 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP85-to-partner and partner-to-NUP85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP85 versus TK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP85→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
