Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP85 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,992 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP85-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP103, RNU6-1228P, and MIR6075. Each is linked with NUP85 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP85-to-partner and partner-to-NUP85 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP103 grouped by NUP85-low versus NUP85-high in CESC.
