NUP62

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,589 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP62-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG1, PNKP, and PRMT1. Each is linked with NUP62 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP62-to-partner and partner-to-NUP62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP62→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
