NUP58

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,342 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP58-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4A, WBP4, and HMGB1. Each is linked with NUP58 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP58-to-partner and partner-to-NUP58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP58 versus CUL4A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP58→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
