NUP58

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP58 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP58-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PDCD4, and C-Raf. Each is linked with NUP58 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP58-to-partner and partner-to-NUP58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by NUP58-low versus NUP58-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP58→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
