NUP58

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,900 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP58-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR6, XPO4, and ZDHHC20. Each is linked with NUP58 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP58-to-partner and partner-to-NUP58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP58 versus MTMR6 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP58→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
