NUP50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,733 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLDIP3, ATXN10, and PRC1_T481. Each is linked with NUP50 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP50-to-partner and partner-to-NUP50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP50 versus POLDIP3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP50→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
