NUP43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,167 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC40, ARID1B, and VTA1. Each is linked with NUP43 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP43-to-partner and partner-to-NUP43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP43 versus CDC40 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP43→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
