Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,224 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with NUP43 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP43-to-partner and partner-to-NUP43 results are reported.
