Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP42 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,820 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are COA1, CCN5, and CCDC80. Each is linked with NUP42 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP42-to-partner and partner-to-NUP42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP42 versus COA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
