NUP37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,529 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTREX, MCM4, and MCM7. Each is linked with NUP37 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP37-to-partner and partner-to-NUP37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP37 versus MTREX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
