NUP37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP37-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1228P, ANKRD60, and MIR1227. Each is linked with NUP37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP37-to-partner and partner-to-NUP37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1228P grouped by NUP37-low versus NUP37-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
