NUP35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,337 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, RIF1, and SNRPD2. Each is linked with NUP35 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP35-to-partner and partner-to-NUP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP35 versus SUPT16H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
