Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,340 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP35-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERMN, NCF4, and TYROBP. Each is linked with NUP35 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP35-to-partner and partner-to-NUP35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP35 versus ERMN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
