Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUP210L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUP210L data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher NUP210L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUP210L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.

ESCA, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NUP210L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
