Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUP210 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUP210 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher NUP210 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUP210 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and SKCM are the cancer types where NUP210 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
