Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP210 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,777 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP210-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC25A, UBE2T, and NEK2. Each is linked with NUP210 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP210-to-partner and partner-to-NUP210 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP210 versus CDC25A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP210→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP210) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
