NUP205

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP205 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,001 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP205-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ3, DCST1-AS1, and RPARP-AS1. Each is linked with NUP205 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP205-to-partner and partner-to-NUP205 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COQ3 grouped by NUP205-low versus NUP205-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP205→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP205) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
