The most reproducible NUP205-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle elongation, Replication fork processing, and DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity. Each is linked with NUP205 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP205-to-partner and partner-to-NUP205 results are reported.
