NUP160

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP160 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,088 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP160-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C4, HAT1, and MCM7. Each is linked with NUP160 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP160-to-partner and partner-to-NUP160 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP160 versus GTF3C4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP160→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP160) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
