NUP155

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP155 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,969 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP155-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM6, NASP, and POLD2. Each is linked with NUP155 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP155-to-partner and partner-to-NUP155 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP155 versus MCM6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP155→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP155) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
