Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP155 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,377 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP155-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, CDCA8, and TROAP. Each is linked with NUP155 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP155-to-partner and partner-to-NUP155 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP155 versus HROB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP155→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP155) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
