NUP153

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP153 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,811 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP153-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDYL, WRNIP1, and PRPF4B. Each is linked with NUP153 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP153-to-partner and partner-to-NUP153 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP153 versus CDYL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP153→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP153) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
