NUP153

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP153 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,429 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP153-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F3, RIOK1, and CDKAL1. Each is linked with NUP153 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP153-to-partner and partner-to-NUP153 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP153 versus E2F3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP153→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP153) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
