Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP153 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,658 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP153-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P13, RNU105C, and TOMM22. Each is linked with NUP153 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP153-to-partner and partner-to-NUP153 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P13 grouped by NUP153-low versus NUP153-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP153→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP153) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
