NUMB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUMB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,122 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUMB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VTI1B, MIDEAS_S923, and ATXN3. Each is linked with NUMB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUMB-to-partner and partner-to-NUMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUMB versus VTI1B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
