NUMB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUMB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,513 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2B2, GALC, and VTI1B. Each is linked with NUMB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUMB-to-partner and partner-to-NUMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUMB versus EIF2B2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
