NUMB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUMB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN7C, SLC25A4, and BAG3. Each is linked with NUMB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUMB-to-partner and partner-to-NUMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIN7C grouped by NUMB-low versus NUMB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
