NUMA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,584 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUMA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDLBP, FMNL1_S184, and SMC3. Each is linked with NUMA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUMA1-to-partner and partner-to-NUMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUMA1 versus HDLBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
