Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUMA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,184 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GVQW3, OR7E128P, and THAP12. Each is linked with NUMA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUMA1-to-partner and partner-to-NUMA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUMA1 versus GVQW3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
