NUMA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with NUMA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUMA1-to-partner and partner-to-NUMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by NUMA1-low versus NUMA1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
