NUMA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 465 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf120, TNFAIP1, and CALU. Each is linked with NUMA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUMA1-to-partner and partner-to-NUMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C10orf120 grouped by NUMA1-low versus NUMA1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
