NUFIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUFIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,513 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOP2A, AURKA, and CLSPN. Each is linked with NUFIP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NUFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUFIP2 versus TOP2A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
